【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of humanistic nursing care in conscious patients with physical restraint in thod：90 conscious patients with physical restraint in ICU were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group，45 patients in each e control group was given conventional nursing care， while the experimental group was given humanistic nursing care besides the same e changes of physical restraint rate， extent of satisfaction of nursing and the occurrence of adverse results were observed and pared between two sult：The physical restraint rate， extent of satisfaction of nursing and adverse results in the experimental group were better than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05），具有可比性。
